Warren Polson brings formal legal training and substantial litigation experience to the firm. Working under the direct supervision of our licensed attorneys, he provides advanced legal research, drafting, case analysis, and trial preparation support. With a strong command of procedural rules and complex case strategy, Warren assists in preparing pleadings, discovery, and internal memoranda to ensure thorough and efficient representation.

Professional Background

• Education: Warren graduated with honors from Drake Law School, earning his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2015. Prior to this, he graduated with distinction at Iowa State University, with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Transportation and Logistics in 2004.
• Previous Experience: Prior to entering the legal profession, Warren served as a Transportation Supervisor at D.A.R.T. from 2007 to 2012. He also contributed to his community as a Board Member of Amanda the Panda from 2010 to 2012 and even explored his creative side as an actor at Bonnie Springs Ranch in Blue Diamond, Nevada, in 2012.

Interests and Hobbies

Outside of his professional pursuits, Warren enjoys a variety of interests and hobbies. He is an avid hiker, finding solace and inspiration in nature’s beauty. A passionate gamer, he appreciates the immersive experiences and strategic challenges offered by video games. He also cherishes quality time with his dog, Tater, who brings joy and companionship to his life.
