Our client was being accused of an aggravated misdemeanor by the mother and husband of a woman with whom he shared an intimate relationship. Specifically, they claimed that our client threatened the husband with a gun.
Our team was told this was a “high priority” case for the county attorney’s office in Guthrie County. Ultimately, after our team tirelessly defended against these allegations in a three-day jury trial, we received a not-guilty jury verdict for our client.
