Our attorney, Tyler Haberman, Esq., recently earned a not guilty verdict for his client, who was facing driving while barred, habitual offender, and operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent charges. Of note, his client was looking at up to four years in prison. But after only one day of evidence and 30 minutes of deliberation, the jury returned with a not guilty verdict on all counts.
